Kingdom of Ghassan - Government in Exile

SWORN DECLARATION

I , Prince Gharios of Ghassan(Ahnume Guerios), Sovereign Prince and Heir of the Ghassanid Kingdom, do Solemnly swear that in the event of a Restoration of the Christian Arab Kingdom of Ghassan the following:

1. Will be established a Constitutional Kingdom where everyone is equal and none is above the law, including the King,

2. Men and Women are equal, not being tolerated any kind of discrimination,

3. Every Religion will be accepted and respected,

4. The maltreat of any animal will not be tolerated in any circumstances,

5. Will be absolute freedom of speech and press,

6. Ten days after the restoration, direct elections will be called and the immediately formation of a Parliament to govern the Kingdom with the King,

7. The Parliament should vote immediately the Constitution which the King should solemnly swear to obey.

8. After the Constitution is proclaimed, an immediate referendum should be called and I should offer my position as sovereign to the people's approval. At this time all of the formal claims to the Kingdom should be presented by the Historical families' descendants of the Ghassanid Royal Family. If I'm not approved by the people as sovereign, another Prince should be selected by direct elections among the historical families' descendants.
I shall step down passing the crown just keeping my title as Prince to the one chosen by the people.
